Other things to know...

COVID19

As you all know, the health and safety of every person is important to us, therefore, we picked a venue just as serious about that as we are. To that end, the Retreat Center requires that you submit a negative COVID result within 72 hours of arrival. A home test is fine.

Please click the button below for a PDF with the FULL instructions and the complete Policy on COVID19.

Arrival Document

Sedona Mago has an Arrival Packet that contains lots of pertinent information.  It goes into more detail about the property, meals and other things you need to know.  Please read it to get the full description of how your stay at the Retreat Center will go.

Click the button below for a PDF.

The property layout does call for quite a bit of walking and you can expect to walk at least 1 to 1.5 miles daily.  So comfy walking shoes are in order!

What to wear

  • Clothing that is easy to move in and comfortable.
  • Lots of shorts and tanks
  • One sundress OR nice going out type outfit.
  • Warm weather jammies.  The rooms are air conditioned, but you may want cool sleepwear.
  • Layering to adjust to the changing temperatures throughout the day.
  • Slip-on shoes are recommended as we remove our shoes before entering meeting rooms and the dining hall.
  • Modesty in dress while in public areas is requested: exposed belly buttons, backs and midriffs is discouraged.

What to bring

  • Toiletry items - Rooms come with towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Any other toiletry items should be brought including toothpaste and lotion.
  • Hair Dryer and hair products.
  • Flashlight - All paths are lit, but at night you may need additional lighting to ensure safety while walking.
  • Journal - A journal is a wonderful tool to keep a record of your reflection and inspiration.
  • Bug Repellent
  • Protection from Sun - Hats, sunscreen and sunglasses are recommended items to protect you from the strong UV rays that are typical year round.
  • Water Bottle - it's the desert! There will be plenty of filtered water available.
  • NO Swimsuit - The pool is closed for renovation.

Here are the temperatures in June from Weather.com.
