The Sacral Chakra
We continue to explore our emotionality theme, drawing on ancient concepts and tools known as the Chakras. We can use this system of understanding to enhance our abilities to process emotion, energy & experience.
The Sacral (2nd) Chakra, located below your belly button is known as "My Own Sweet Abode." It is associated with creativity, sensuality, deserving, delight, joy and sexuality. We will inquire into what it looks and feels like when it is overactive or underactive, and what we might do to bring this 2nd energy center back to balance.
