SO, grab a cup of your favorite coffee or tea and join a conversation with a community of women. Women committed to empowering each other, elevating the value of the feminine and diversity in our culture, while building a network of inspiring and powerful sisters of many backgrounds.

Charge Up YOUR Life Force!
For our Spring theme, we draw on ancient and international concepts and tools known as the “Chakras.” Join us for an introduction to how this frame can be a creative way for us to explore and reinvent our internal and external lives.
To support us in these scary times we thought we would start with the "Root."
The “Root Chakra” is all about our foundation, our sense of safety, belonging, aggression or connection to the earth and each other, depending on its level of balance or imbalance.

We will inquire into the physical and emotional structures that relate to your Muladhara- your foundation of support, also known as the Root Chakra. We’ll explore practices to upgrade our relationship with our own bodies, the Earth, and our sense of security and fundamental wellbeing in the world.

The Root: Victim or Mother
We will consider archetypes that relate to the energy center at the base of the spine (the Root Chakra.)
The Victim archetype lacks energy, empowerment and life force.
The Mother archetype is nurturing, responsible, nourished and strong.
Let’s look at how we all embody each of these at times, and see how we can free up some life force and creative energy through this awareness.
