What better week for our 'Goddess Embodiment' practice than the week before we all eat WAY more than we typically would! Yes more than even all those pandemic baking projects have called for.
Goddess Embodiment (aka Physical Practice)
To embody something is to "include or contain (something) as a constituent part". As you embark on your journey to elevate and expand your awareness of your feminine side, you need to connect to your body, to feel it, express it and embrace it in it's physical form.
Women are very often disconnected from their body because of the idealized versions of women and femininity they are bombarded with. We somehow NEVER live up. We spend millions trying to "fix" or "improve" what isn't good enough. At some point, we may just give up and become dis-embodied as a strategy to survive the onslaught. Sound dismal... it is!
So what do we do about it?? How about first, we move back into our bodies and THEN celebrate and love them! Sound simple... it is!
All you need is a community like this one to make it simple. We will empower you and give you a variety of physical practices that will support you to experience and love your body as it is. In other words, exactly what you need to embody your unique Goddess-ness.
Here is this month's offering ...
NIA Movement Practice

Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

While embodiment practices are for all that, they are also a chance for you to laugh and bumble around as you find your own groove and rhythm in life! HAVE FUN ... no one is watching!!!
Nia is something Rosie does for fun. Professionally she is a Rolfer, Rolf Movement Practioner and a META BASE Class instructor. You can friend her on Facebook and learn more about her classes. Search for Roo Rosie.
